How to put on Compression Socks
Compression socks are snug by design, so they can be a little tricky to put on—especially the first time. But with the right technique, it gets easier.
Here’s how to do it:
- Reach inside the sock and pinch the heel.
- Turn the sock inside out up to the heel pocket.
- Slide your foot in, making sure your heel is in place.
- Pull the rest of the sock up your leg, smoothing out wrinkles as you go.
💡Tip: It's easier to put them on when your legs are dry and you’re sitting down. If needed, try using a sock aid for extra grip.
