What are my qualifications?
I sit at my desk from 8:30- 4:55 pm x 5 days a week. Rarely get up to walk around or leave my desk besides coffee/ tea refill, water, bathroom, or an appt or two. I sit 8.5 hours, five consecutive days a week.

I reduced one star for the recommended sizing. I ordered Med based on their size chart for a W7. When I received the socks they were too long for my feet by about 3/4 inch.
