Love these socks! My only reason for giving 4 out of 5 stars is that one of the three pairs in the pack fits a lot smaller. I made sure it was the same size as the others. Even washed them according to instructions, air dryer, and they are still very tight.

I’m 7 months pregnant and got these on the advice of my OB (who also wears them for work). I love that they don’t look like compression socks, and don’t have the rough scratchy feel of most compression socks and hose. Pretty much live in these 24/7. They help a lot with swelling and are supposed to help with leg fatigue/pain too- although I still have both of those issues. Comrade please make waist high tights or leggings for us preggos!

I have tried several brands of retail compression stockings, and I really love the variety of designs that Comrad has to offer. Unfortunately for me, the compression is too light. I actually require medical strength compression. These socks are nice for consumers who just like to get a bit more support for the day, but if you need > than 25mmHg, these socks are not for you. I would say the striped socks provide better compression than the plain socks. Not sure why, but that's the feel I get with the socks on.
